Whenever a man says something along the lines of "I think I owe it to myself to sleep around for a period of time, see what's out there" I get very suspicious

Idk what the right move with that statement is but looking inward won't hurt
(What I wrote I think can't quite be right, but is there some "purely topological" statement along the lines of what I said?)
I expect whenever I get a new computer that they have started with something along the lines of turing’s enigma cipher machine and upgraded from there
every time i think of this i find myself looking around for something to break
Trump:
Immigrants are vermin, and I am going to exterminate them
New York Times:
Mr. Trump's fascination with the science of genetics has long raised curiosity of the public.
At that stage in a couple of writing projects where I know there is something decent there waiting to get out but I need to get to the end of the first drafts to find out what it is - then rewrite them as if it was what I intended all along.
I have a lot of songs that start off with something along the lines to “I can’t sleep tonight “, because, fucking insomnia
Ok yeah I was thinking something along the lines of "...it has a lot of toppings?" I think "lot" is the definitely the hardest of the set to match, and I just spent a few minutes looking through my emoji keyboard trying to see what else could work (🔋➕ or 📈? Idk though).
I’m going to need some help here. I see a goats cheese, something along the lines of a Gruyère, something along the lines of a brie or camembert, I think a pâté, grapes, an artichoke, and two glass ramekins. What is in the ramekins?
Every time I try to post an image it just says something along the lines of "Can't post right now, try again later" and it only applies to images. Had this issue for a long time, not sure what the cause of it is.
I did something myself once at a festival of curiosity at the uni, but I was just wondering.... 'outreach' is such a pervasive concept in STEM... it just doesn't seem to be so 'out there' with the social sciences, but I think I was just thinking along the wrong lines
Every time I read a really good comic my thoughts are along the lines of “wow I want to create something like this” but idk how to do that
I know. But it's hard to think of a snappy comeback when the word 'ritual' implies 'something along those lines'.
I have the same issue with Humanist 'celebrations'. It's hard to get around the loading.
I meant something along the lines of what I did in my posted Tweet, try to persuade people there to move activity elsewhere.
I only vaguely remember it myself. But that was also right around the time I was developing Demon, and that whole period is kind of a blur.
Man...I was literally a baby right around the time that period was dying. Whenever I hear about the pre-Facebook age of blogs and RSS and colorful, unique websites being the norm, I feel nostalgic for something I wasn't even there for 😞
Right so what I'm saying is, we need to normalize a response which matches the intensity of what's coming. I think I can read between the lines of 'resilient community' but I think we'd better just spell it out for people because that's what the other side is already doing to very effective results.
I wish I could nap whenever I'm tired. I wish there was a way I could shut off my brain for a very short period of time to just sleep.
Any time I see a Fursonas ref with something along the lines of dislikes bullies you know that person is under the age of 21.
Which, I don't think the apparent apathy towards myself in that time period was the usual depressive state of "I don't care what happens to me" but the absence of any real sense that there was a "me" around to care about.
Not to get in the way of anybodies fun, but think about the times when anybody comes out to say something along the lines of "we write stories, not themes".
David Benioff, Steven Moffat - I believe a statement was released after Disney's Wish that basically said that.
What do you think?

i wish i had something helpful to say but this is exactly what i think of myself and idk how to deal with it 🫂
absolutely, it is VERY tedious and there is no way to discuss the work with people like that. i get wanting to see what you want to see but also getting mad at it for not doing that is a waste of time.
IDK the right way to say what I wanna say. Something along the lines of "same thing," but with just a tiny bit of expression toward a lack of care, but not enough to show genuine disrespect. Instead, umm...
