In high school I had an old beat up 1974 Volvo and my friend had a similar Saab. We figured out that they were great for off-roading. Mine cost $400.

One of my college roomies had a 70s Nissan Sentra that he drove all over Kisatchie National Forest.
I have a thirty year old toyota and my cities arterial roads are worse than this
We went all over Kisatchie National Forest in my buddy’s 1981 Nissan Sentra. It would destroy that truck.
i had a 2007 nissan sentra and my friends little brother who lived in another state came over one time and saw my car and went WOW A NISSAN!!! and i have never forgotten that lol
My friend had a Box Of Questions in college that he busted out when people were tripping, and this would’ve been a great entry
I wish I had my mum’s old button box that had a lot of beautiful buttons that were my grandmother’s.
Had one of those mornings thinking an out where my parents were at when they were my age. My mum had an 8 and 3 year old, this seems mad to me. My dad had 3 kids one of which he had to bury, can’t imagine that.
I had a dream that my friends and I were at an event at our old school and someone turned up in a cybertruck and everyone laughed at them so much that they just turned around and drove away.
I had my high school graduation date requested. I'm old and have a PhD, can't we all just assume that I graduated high school? At least they didn't demand proof, I guess.
My sister texted me that my old highschool painted over almost all old murals (we had a mural class in gr11) including mine because they were all deemed “inappropriate”
COVID is the weirdest virus I've ever had, and I had a weird one in my first year of college that triggered my celiac disease and monthly high fevers for a year.
For a big chunk of my life, I drove on dirt roads like that in an array of used beaters to get to my grandparents' house. None of the vehicles I had were meant for off-roading. These people are pitiful and don't even know it.
my dad says he met exactly one monolingual German, a junkyard owner, and my dad had to pantomine that he needed a door for a 15 year old BMW. They figured it out though!
Had a BLT and an old fashioned glass pint bottle of orange juice for my lunch and they were both absolutely fucking great
I think a friend of mine in high school had a similar breed, although hers was a floofy one
I hope my next pet wants an epic name :)
somebody in my dept in college had a group of friends who always dressed as the same thing for halloween. one year they were all gandalfs. i imagine it was similar
My sister had a friend that went there for film, and some of my high school classmates went too. It's a great school
A friend of mine in high school had an old Chevy van. He called it the Pussy Puncher.
I remember looking at 70s yearbooks at my high school and all these 15 year old boys had thick luxurious mustaches
Oh my I had another dream that turned bad
In the library I saw my old friend from high school who had a traumatic past and wasn’t handling it great. And we were reading the same book? Then she ruined something and I kicked her out of our house. Idk how we got there
TIL that Saab was no more. That's how much I pay attention to car stuff, lol.
A friend in high school had an orange one.
I have had 60 more orders this year than I had last year and all of my metrics are trending wicked high year over year.
Thanks for making my hobby feel real.
I got it at a thrift store back in 2002. Technically it was a present from my grandparents, for completing my sophomore year of high school. I am an old soul, and I loved that it had a pull out shelf for my turntable!
I grew up in NJ in a town that had enough of a Jewish population that we usually had off from school for the high holidays, and almost all of my childhood friends were Jewish. It was a very nice place to grow up.
Thank you. I have a similar cup that was my grandmother’s, then my mother’s, and now mine.
I had a beautiful demitassecset that was my grandmother’s, mom’s, mine, and passed it to my daughter last year.
