A test from last night, using my new Blender Geometry Nodes system. It's meant to generate 3D shapes from text and add nicely beveled edges, but it also works on other arbitrary curves, like my CJ Rando logo here, which provides plenty of challenging topology.

For my custom covers, I went a bit further than before, in that I built a lot of the cover designs in 3D using Blender, and texturing them in Substance Painter. Once rendered, the rest of the design was then finalized in Photoshop.
I've used Blender for a long time, and was pretty good with it in a general sense, but never focused until late 2020. The first year, I learned Blender's usual workflow for motion graphics, and in the second year, I started Geometry Nodes. It's been nearly all hyperfocus ever since.
Node graph in Blender, and code in Godot. Things might have gone differently, but I didn't like using Godot's shader nodes, and I wanted to start writing code, so that was that.
