beautiful. I used to have a rose garden and loved it.
Finally planted a rose in the yard. My late father for many years had been trying to find a very important type of rose. Two years after he passed away, I somehow found his rose while shopping for supplies, so it felt like fate. A few more years, I got it planted: John F Kennedy hybrid tea rose
I have 3 apple trees and one rose bush. Looking to get a knockout rose this week. I have planted so many flowers (factually a billion in my wildflower bed) so i can have a garden of the senses.
My app agrees it is a Lenten rose. We have both of these in our garden and just planted a couple more.
Wow! I have a rose bush in my front yard that still has a rose on it from last summer! I keep waiting for it to curl up and fall off. It's a survivor!
I had a great-great-aunt named Rose and she married Sam Rosenzweig and *then* they shortened it to Rose so she was Rose Rose.
Today I found out the bush with the pretty white little blossoms in the back yard is probably a highly-invasive multiflora rose bush
There was a traumatic moment, I think I was about 10, the only time dad used force.
I got angry and really damaged a rose bush. I didn't know mom planted it to mourn the ectopic pregnancy that made her infertile.
My furious dad picked me up and threw me into my bed. So little compared to others.
When I was 10 I got my mom a scraggly half dead rose bush for mother's day and she raised that thing up to be 7 feet high and stunning w huge roses.
Partner brought me home a Mini Rose today and named that memory of mine as inspiration and I could CRY, I love it so much. My first rose plant!
I get that. During the onset of the pandemic, I planted a rose plant for hope. It has struggled to thrive because a water and nutrient hogging bush is in the little flower bed. The bush will not see summer. After three years, I am planting new rose plants there and pulling up the bush this Spring.

Bamboo began growing near one of my rose bushes. They have now somehow fused and I have a bamboo plant with thorns. The bamboo has killed the rose bush and made it a host. by Any_Price2924

It’s National Peace Rose Day. This is my beautiful Peace Rose. My grandparents had many roses when I was growing up, and this was my Avó’s favorite. I got it to remember her ❤️
It’s in its second season (I planted it last summer), and it was already putting out large, beautiful blooms last fall. 🌱

It was in a rose garden on the grounds of Warwick Castle and, yes, it smelled beautiful.
She didn't know I had hid one of her and the Bush family dog in the Rose Garden, and she didn't mention it. It was the Hogan one that made her livid. She bound me up with rope even.
Just planted this Geum (left) under our Westerland rose (right). It feels a bit like a garden joke, and will be funnier to me if the Geum finishes blooming before the rose starts next month.
We also have bright blue lithadora and a cheerful gaura under the rose, to carry it between reblooms 🌱
I was walking through a rose garden just now, and the wind is rushing through the trees and making a beautiful noise.
Decades ago, I planted a long-stemmed red rose bush so I never had to buy a girl roses. I could just pick them from the yard. That rose bush died during its first or second winter. I think about that often.
Young Rose Pin-Up
A pin-up of Rose back when she is a kid. I just wanted to flesh her out a bit because the last art I did was her was awhile back. Though in her teens now, she does have a lot of backstory and developments when she was younger~
