ok so it’s not the prettiest rice bowl and jasmine would have been better than sticky rice for this particular dish but it’s very good! with soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili crisp, a butter and chili oil fried egg, and scallions
Leftover rice is made for fried rice. Chinese sausage, egg, onion and garlic fried rice with a sauce of fish sauce, soy sauce, white pepper, MSG, and a little sugar.
Sauce consisted of soy sauce, rice vinegar, Chilli garlic paste, sesame oil and brown sugar.
But seriously, the one thing I love more than a crispy, sunny side fried egg over jasmine rice is a crispy, sunny side fried egg over jasmine rice drizzled with soy sauce.

Brunch, being fried rice with ham, mushroom, bok choy, onion, chilli, and a fried egg on top. The seasoning was a little each of soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and black sesame oil.

update update: chicken simmered in rice wine, oyster sauce, soy sauce, hondashi, brown sugar; rice topped with furikake, shichimi, and laoganma. yummy
