It is always interesting to watch the wildlife. These doves often kiss each other. He finally stuffed his cheeks with food, it was complicated, I was giving supporting noises and advice and then went to paint the shelf and behold! 🪶 he landed on the tiny feeder right next to open window #Birds
Construction is finally done on the house so I was out yesterday setting up the bird feeder and trying to win back the birds, after I went inside friend crow landed on the deck next to the feeder and stared at me so I got them some peanuts. Which they immediately took. So I think it was successful.
The dude sitting next to me on the flight was watching it and he went right to sleep.
takyon was jumping up to his food bowl to eat right when i tossed my shoes next to the bed and he got scared and did one of those scared cat jumps but landed with his mouth in his food and was already eating lol
It was fun to watch that one and then the green one next to each other tho lol
I put his harness on to go outside and he ran back upstairs to watch the birds from the window. He seems comfy, so I guess I'll just leave it on?
I went to the movies and sat next to Hugo Weaving and his family. Next time I went to the same cinema he was on the screen in The Matrix.
I’ve got a bird feeder on the back window of the house, it’s really nice to sit and watch the tiny wickle birds feeding, but far more entertaining watching two collared doves headbutting it and spraying bird feed everywhere. Dickheads.

Yeah I always felt it was his Boba Fett-proofing of the character and then he was the one to recant it.
I have a window feeder too. He loves that it attracts the birds to the tree
and then he went to sleep and was allowed to wake up the next day
Why I don't like home office - I went to open the window to get some fresh air, noticed that the window was dirty, and cleaned it. Then I had to clean windows in other rooms...and the bathroom...and also vacuumed... and cleaned the dust from the shelf...🫠 now back to work 🫠
That kitten made it through the night, and then he made it through the next, and the next, and the next. Soon he is so big he fits in your hands. His fur is healthy. His eyes are open. And you continue to feed him a mix of kitty milk and wet food.
Then you take him back to that same vet.
You refuse to accept that answer. You scoop up the kitten still crying and you put him in your pocket. The vet gives you a cloth to wrap it in so it stays extra warm. You go back to that STOP and SHOP and you empty your wallet for things to take care of that kitten and you take it home.
My father was always shocked by the way I handle silverware (fork almost always left, knife usually left) and referred to it as “European style”. He would cut with the knife in his right and then switch the fork to his right, and it was many years before I realized he “ate” with a dominant hand
He landed on his head/shoulders and he was still while play went on. Then he started convulsing and finally players noticed and called for medics
And then the shelf it was on would crash to the floor and take everyone with it.
He got the guards drunk and then descended from his window on the rope. He got away with it and escaped to France! ⚓
One of these days I’ll have Birds of NH, Birds of ME, and Birds of RI on the brag shelf next to each other. It’s so amazing to finally have the thing in my hands.
He was always so right on with his comedy and so much of it was the truth.
And then the next egg, and the next egg, each one taking a bit of memory and motivation with it until he can't remember what he was supposed to do, or who he even used to be~

He always complained that it was too uncomfortable for him to wear one. He was also the kind of guy who would throw fast food bags out his window and then complain about garbage in his fields. Basically he was an asshole and so were most of the folks he hung around with.
