Does Luxon wear a belt? More of an elasticated waist band guy, I think.
The contour of the ground in the MSM pic creates the impression that the engins are on the ground. The pics in the RNZ article show the wheels down.
If we all typed "C:\>end simulation" at the same time, we'd spoil the experiment and end all this nonsense.

New Zealanders hear Australian pronunciation of fish as "feesh".
I agree. The Nats hold themselves out as centre right while waving ACT through to to their dirty work. A lot of National voters wouldn't consider themselves far right and are concerned at the turn of events. Luxon is a weak leader & his party reflects and boosts the country-wide skills shortage.
Most people here are alarmed at this. The last election brought in a weak centre right party in coalition with a RW think-tank proxy, and an opportunist populist party. The policies that they are enacting were not voted for. With any luck they will only be a one-term horror.

They're planted by livestock farmers because nodules on the roots of the plant fix nitrogen in the soil. An alternative to dumping nitrogen fertiliser on the land and probably less run-off, if any, into waterways. From memory, the plants would be dug in after flowering, rather than fed to stock.
"How about you stop crapping in each other's mouths, then, you little perverts" - comedian Fern Brady, when advised by a Gen Z podcast host that she was kink-shaming.
New Zealand isn't real, either. We're actually a small department in the Vancouver tourism office.
Shenanigans as the true-to-form Nats dish out cash for their friends and family.
Sounds like you care as much for the rest of the country as Willis does.
We need change in Tauranga. Not your cast-off Atlas Network desperados.
How far apart would the collection stations be? It works where the population density is sufficient to support it. Most NZ suburbs suffer from too much space. The sprawl makes public transport, three waters, roading and rubbish collection, etc. expensive.
Frank needs to get on-board with the Central Infrastructure Agency.
The way this government is scaring off skilled people, there'll be no-one left who knows how to build a decent tumbrel.
All this fuss about, and expectations of mea culpa from Genter due to an unparliamentary outburst, meanwhile Shane Jones' habit of having off-the-books meetings with exploitative corporations is of far more damaging consequence to New Zealand. When will he be held so closely to account?

Hi
All this fuss about, and expectations of mea culpa from Julianne Genter due to an unparliamentary outburst, meanwhile Shane Jones' habit of having off-the-books meetings with exploitative corporations is of far more damaging consequence to New Zealand. When will he be held so closely to account?
Every farmer's lobby group seems to use this form of words.
I don't think measurement (or good educational outcomes) really even matters to them. It's just rhetorical lube to ease in their visceral need for control. #nzpol
The BBC article trots out the well-worn Ag-propaganda trick "THEY are filthy and don't do it so well"
"The National Farmers Union (NFU) said it was "disappointing" at a time the British livestock industry was under pressure and that New Zealand lamb is "produced to potentially lower standards"."
Trying to figure it out based on reason won't work. Seymour's actions are entirely founded in ideology.

When they say they want "small government" they mean "no government".
I would hope that the protective institutions are 𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 active in the face of naked legislative capture by commercial interests. #nzpol
A concentrated disinformation effort undermined the center and drove a lot of people to the fringes.
