Little notes to myself usually
I calculated, and told S that based on past performance I will reach goal weight in 1269 days. I really don't want that to happen. But it could. I don't know what my "soonest possible" number is but I'll assume it's less than 200.
I stopped posting for the last two days, getting back into the swing of things now

Sugary food rules version 1 part 2
3) I am still using the daily planner at day 30, 60, 100, 150 etc plus when I get a new notebook
4) I next buy ice cream, it's going to be the last time I buy ice cream until I reach goal weight
5) Special occasions, unrelated to weight loss

I'm allowed sugary food if:
1) My lowest weight in... increases by a year, eg I reach lowest weight in 10 years
2) I lose a kilogram (starting at 80), so I am allowed sugary food when I reach 80, 79, 78... kilograms
Mastodon has something called the "visibility problem" which is where a new user's posts can't be seen by a large proportion of Mastodon, because the new user doesn't have enough followers distributed around Mastodon. There are other related problems regarding connections or blocking instances.

When will I reach goal weight? Current estimate is 550 days. I'm actually okay with that since I've been losing weight for 38 months
My 10 day weight average has dropped again. This is my important challenge, 10 day average is always dropping
Plus I'm struggling with sugar addiction and she's probably wondering if I'll ever take control of that monkey on my back. I know that it'll happen, I just don't know when. Anyway I'm 19 hours without sugar.

Well I made it to 100 posts without deleting them all. That's actually an achievement. I have a bit of a habit of doing that with my weight loss accounts (Instagram, Bluesky). Let's see if I can make it to 200 posts.
There's a good chance that my 10 day weight average is going to drop tomorrow. I really want that number to keep dropping until I reach goal weight. That would be so nice to achieve. I just need to do one thing. Stop having sugary food.
