Oh shit I just realised I won't be able to main pictomancer cos it would lock me from taking Krile to dungeons. Fuckkkkk
People will just deliver freshly mashed avocado and mango to your flat. They don't tell you this about city living when you're in a 4 bedroom semi in the suburbs. You get one shit chipper and you're grateful.
Monk is great but why are all the relic weapons just little glowy gloves. Let me punch people with my hands up sharks butts or something
I'm looking forward to the media tour, but there's always that limbo where it's like "this is kinda weird and I guess we're stuck with it for months cos do they really want feedback this close to release?"
I have so many 2 hour saves on the Ori games etc. but they all just eat up my time with little progress. A damn shame as I really love them for everything other than their gameplay. Ah well, a million other genres to play instead!
Metroidvania's do not respect player time. You spent all that time getting to that place? Tough, you don't have the thing from some tiny unseeable tunnel 30 screens ago. Enjoy the endless backtracking! I so desperately wish I had the time for Hollow Knight/Animal Well/etc. but I got places to be.
Agreed. It definitely has the bang of "Web Hosting company in 1996" about it too
My super busy dancer burst window just got even more busy, so I'm unsure how to feel about that. Shield samba going up to 15% gives me Ralph Wiggum "I'm helping!" vibes though. Big style loving the "gives you extra stack not extra resources" changes across the board. Nice QoL changes in general too.
I am 100% certain he "designed" it himself using some AI renderer thing. The worst of every possible world.

www.youtube.comIf Indomitus and Dominion are anything to go by, the secondary market will be flooded with army halves for a long while, so staggering out half purchases over time seems viable. I'm only interested in the books, so my sprues will be making other people happy instead.
There's a vibe in Glasgow gigs too. Pendulum played the Hydro the other week and did this: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kprv...
If you went to CG you'd probably come out saying the same thing too I imagine. No way those gigs aren't going to be remarkable.
Oh for sure. We never went back after that all came out. But that place rarely had anyone of quality of cover band status. Though we saw Dan Deacon there twice and those were life changing gigs.
For sure. There are plenty I'd love to see in the arena - Billie Eilish, James, Weezer, Smashing Pumpkins, Alice Cooper, Nick Cave. But for each one of those I can see 3 other artists. It would take a Nine Inch Nails to get me in there I think.
Our year is just getting started. We've been to a bunch but all the big ones are later in the year. Adam Ant in November! Godspeed You Black Emperor, Public Broadcasting Service... the joy of it all. Count your blessings for Cypress Avenue. No-one ever played Galway, "the cultural heart of Ireland".
We're seeing Interpol play the entirety of Antics for 40 quid. That's definitely more worthwhile than seeing Childish Gambino from a mile away for 3 times the price imo.
I think most of these prices are set by the venue as the most expensive gig we're seeing this year is fucking Miriam Margolyes at the Armadillo. 70 quid a ticket! But all gigs we're seeing there (The Smile, Dimension 20, Blade Runner live score/movie) are in and around the same price.
We're off to Gary Numan next week for 40 quid. Chelsea Wolfe later in the year is only 27. Thomas Dolby 35.
I should install one of those. I'd get a sizeable reduction in badposts
We've yet to see anything in the Hydro opposite us because dear god those prices. 130 quid to see War of the Worlds fer chrissake.
When I moved from PC to PS5 I had to give up Ninja because I couldn't live without my combo mod. I'm so glad I can play it again.
Yeah totally fair. It's the real dividing line. When I returned to WoW it helped me realise what I want from an MMO. It's great there are places for both gaming goals and WoW offers a very pure and refined version of that now.
Hear me out: Warhammer 40,000 Mechanicus has one of the best OSTs in gaming. It's transcendental. Dark techno church organ music. So so good
Oh it's definitely the peak version from a fundamentals point of view. But the impetus to continue after the unimpressive story just isn't there. It's loot to get more loot. The writers had some moments of good quality in that campaign, but overall no characters emotionally connect like in FF xiv.
I picked up wow again briefly out of sheer nostalgia, but after I finished the dragon campaign the skinner box just started screaming at me to do the same stuff over and over again and I left it. FF is like a home, WoW seemed like a job.
We did, and that's why we play FF XIV now. Some trauma never leaves you...
Yeah, that sounds pretty useful and I'm glad I'm not at the coalface of toxicity that would require me to hunt out an app like that.
That's not my use case though; I just want to remove stuff i don't like from my feed. I don't need to remove negative interactions en-mass as I'm not interesting enough to attract that. I'm subbed to a bunch of lists and have many mute words, but a lot slips through the filters.
My one feature request for Bluesky: allow us to block a user directly from the post in the feed. I don't want to click in to a profile to block and then come back out. I just want to block and move on.
If it takes place at Night, I think there's a clear winner. But if it's daytime, boy howdy

The shifting of motorbike gears on cyberpunk is a revelation. Amazing gun feedback on Returnal too. But maybe it indicates a problem with resources required to implement and test the functionality?
One Punch Man, but instead of One it's Many, instead of Punch, it's Bad Takes, and instead of Man, it's all of Bluesky.
The breakdown of Eurovision jury votes is fascinating. Irish juror D is fucking sus: eurovision.tv/event/malmo-...

eurovision.tvCalls for Shogun series 2 get the ole blood a boilin'. Have people learned nothing from the post-book series' of GoT? A series of James Clavell fan-fiction is not something you actually want. Make Tai Pan, not Shogun 2. It was a contained story with a strong arc and resolution. Let it be.

The brothers chaps are back making Homestar animations now, so email spam will likely work
I dunno, I'm spread so thin across these networks. You got a public email i can send some info to?
It would definitely be improved with Chinese funding and product placement, that's for sure.
It's going good, thanks. Moved to Glasgow last year and living my best life. Scotland a place you go back to, or are you Ireland-tied?
@bleary.bsky.social well look who appeared in my feed. I'm still fighting the good fight to get Datsun Heights on the air, pal. 15 years of resubmissions. One day it'll work and we'll be famous.
Apart from that, how's you?
One thing that always blew me away in Japan was that their egg safety records are amazing and they take it super serious. Raw eggs are totally fine to eat there. It's like a whole different place
I always feel Kira is just going about her day, secretly out foxxing everyone on board
