Atlantic Wolff is a high-speed aluminium catamaran, designed for coastal operations that provide passenger comfort, low fuel consumption and low maintenance costs.
scillyferries.co.ukIt’s being painted in Portsmouth at the moment, meant to start operating at the end of the month. Big bonus is that it’s not flat bottomed so journeys shouldn’t be so “turbulent”!
Such sad news. He was such an inspiration to so many and a fantastic ambassador for the MND community. His friendship with Kevin Sinfield was the most joyous thing to witness.

We usually fly from Exeter but they really hiked the prices this year. There’s a new boat to rival the Scillonian starting at the end of June, I think we’ll try that next year.
Flying from Lands End. Long drive to Penzance tomorrow. Can’t wait to get there.
They are my absolute favourite baby birds. Hand feeding them is possibly my favourite job. Such characters.
There was a man walking his 14 week old terrier puppy round town yesterday morning, getting her used to sights, smells and sounds - we must have bumped into them (and obviously stopped to give her some fuss) about four times!

It changes every time we go! St Martin’s is always right up there, but yes, Bryher and St Agnes too. Not Tresco - too built up and commercialised for my liking.
We’re driving down to Penzance on Monday from Shropshire, stopping there for the night and heading out there first thing on Tuesday. Expect photo spam …
Heading down your way on Monday on our way to the Scilly Isles 😍
Where were the best burgers? I was proposed to on the steps of that chapel 😊
I’m going today! Hoping to pick up a couple of bargains before we leave 😊
We’re getting almost daily calls at the moment to go out and help stranded mallards with their families. Well done you, it’s not an easy job. If mum takes fright and flies, she very rarely comes back and you are left with a large number of orphans ☹️
I’m so sorry to hear this Ginny. I hope that you’re being well looked after and are able to rest if not relax as much as is possible in a hospital - and that you’re not in too much pain? Sending my very best wishes to you both.
Of course they did! Staff in the bird room are being run ragged at the moment, being parents to about eight different nests of hatchlings/nestlings at the moment 😂
The Oak was busy but still a table for us outside in the sunshine and good fish finger sandwiches!
Shropshire Hills Sunday - a fantastic circular walk from Cardington, up over the wilderness to the Battle Stones and ending up at the Royal Oak 👌🏻
@geminicat7.bsky.social You have to be favourites to go up now surely? Thank goodness Southampton did a job ⚽️
