The label is accurate. Spam can be at the actor, behaviour, or content level. For instance if you disrupt users conversations with your link repeatedly in replies that would be spammy behaviour.
That is just the things that I feel enable genocide. Not even the other misc bugs while using.

2) Mentions of the nakba labeled as intolerance
