If you ever get the chance, visit the Schulz Museum in Santa Rosa, California. Absolutely worth it!
Bing still has it. There’s also Wayback Machine on archive.org.
Definitely not booking any American flights… Oof!
It is not news to report that airlines suck. What is amazing is how hard they work to find new ways to suck.

American Airlines has made two changes in the past year that make it harder to get where you're going.
viewfromthewing.comUh, no. I am absolutely NOT going to let ChatGPT have direct access to my private files.
Dad was a Superior Court Justice for over 27 years. Not even once during that time did he accept a corporate gift, speak out politically, make political donations, or even put up a lawn sign.
He would be absolutely appalled by the actions of certain SCOTUS judges!
More details on the Alitos vs. the neighbors story, none of which actually explain the upside-down flag
My most vivid memory of the Eisners is sitting in a San Diego hotel in 2019 while my 1 year-old slept and constantly refreshing to see if my wife, attending the ceremony, had won.
I stayed in the bathroom so I wouldn’t disturb the kid.
…and to get super fancy with those calendars, I got some colored pin-feed paper. (Not as giant a box as the white, but just enough.)
For several years, I’d use Print Shop Pro on my Apple //c to make calendars for my grandmothers with all their kids’ and grandkids’ birthdays.
Process later evolved to laser printing from my Mac and color photos, but they asked me to keep making them every year.
Can it PLEASE be made possible to allow for embedding of profile pages or a user's X most recent posts?
I have a site that allows users to have public profile pages and it would be great to allow them to embed their Bluesky feed.
Twitter used to have this until Musk killed it.
Rest in peace, Emmet.
You served my car key well for the last 7 years…but since you’re literally on your last leg, you’ve been replaced.
I get a ton of those too and never reply since I feel it will only verify their spam IS being read and invite more.
This weekend, I’m blaming any computer problems on solar flares.
If I saw it in 2061, I’d be the oldest male Delahanty ever.
At least my son will see it when he’s 43. Maybe with his kids.
I miss the foam trays.
Terrible for the environment, but I miss them still.
I just want to say that this is like the worst game of Six Degrees ever. 😑
…but I did it without using Queen Elizabeth.

No news outlet has reported “Jack Off!” and I’m disappointed.
I can totally relate. The fact I work Pacific hours doesn’t help.
Unlike you, I get my news from a reliable source:

Agreed. I have a couple handfuls of friends who made accounts, looked around, didn't like what they saw (few posts, few friends, lack of features, and/or other stuff), and haven't come back since.
I don't know how or why they think The Bad Place is still better, but they're still posting there.
When they take your phone away, that will do no good.
Write it in Sharpie on your chest under your shirt.
It’s safe to watch “CHiPs” now.
Oh wait, I just mentioned it. Try again next week.
My six year old is using your share to watch videos about his latest obsessions: black holes and tornadoes. 😅
This show is usually off the rails and fun to watch. Not as much about Google as the show name implies.
Give it a try sometime…

I did Alamo Draft House in SF when Svet and I saw Your Name. I had high expectations based on hearing about Alamo from Texas friends.
I couldn’t see the wings I was eating and it was frustrating. (Movie was good though.)
I should have travelled more in my 20s. I made terrible use of my (limited) vacation time then.
I’ve only seen four movies in the theater in the last 4 years: Doctor Strange Multiverse of Madness, Guardians of the Galaxy 3, and both new Ghostbusters.
After, the only one I was actually glad to have seen in the theater was Ghostbusters Afterlife. The others? Meh.
Also, for over 25 years I’ve felt that when someone bids on eBay within the last 15 minutes of an auction, it should extend the auction time by up to 15 minutes.
Bid at the last second? Well, now people have 15 minutes to counter. Would put an end to stupid stressful last-minute sniping.
I’m stalking three eBay auctions trying to get a good deal on a train locomotive that my son won’t stop talking about and wants to spend his birthday money on.
…knowing full well he’ll add it to his collection and then become obsessed about some other diesel locomotive he doesn’t have. 😅
Tapping the sign…
Of course!
It’s a fountain. Naturally people feel compelled to throw money at it.
I suspect I’d still get approved if I applied. They just want something to point to for when YOU apply. 😉
I laugh when I get that monthly email that says “Congratulations! Your site got 15 clicks over the last 30 days!” for some abandoned site I haven’t updated since 2006.
Reminds me of my AOD 2015 report where someone from the hotel asked me not to display their logo…so I amusingly blocked it and mentioned the hotel’s name an excessive amount of times. 🤣
Don’t want me showing the Altered Reality logo? They might regret that if I did a report.

We return to AOD at the Hyatt SFO in San Francisco to see what improvements they've made since last year.Learn more about AnimeCons TV at http://animecons.tv...
youtu.beThe @animecons account used to be over 9000 (LOL) on Twitter, but that’s gone down thanks to Apartheid Clyde over there…
Yeah, I want to see them improve, but I also want attendees to know what to expect. I think that’s why some of my reviews are so harsh.
The only con to directly respond was Connecticon who complained to @nigoki.bsky.social about my 2012 review. 😅
I wish I could go to do a report for AnimeCons TV, but I don’t think I’m free that weekend.
I’ll admit my con reports tend to be somewhat harsh, but they are honest and accurate and I genuinely hope the problems I mention get fixed…and get frustrated when they inevitably don’t.
