Cutter and Leetah, update. Will polish these off tomorrow and get them up in the shop. Thanks for following along!
Leetah and Cutter, in progress.
What ever happened to that ship where people signed up for like a 9 month journey? When was that? Is it done yet? Did they make it?
The thing I didnt realize when I first watched Voyager as a kid, was all the sea faring stuff! They're a ship blown off course and lost at sea! Aye aye Cap'n, Paris and Torres "man overboard", even the way they discuss the ship. Its in every episode. I love it.
DS9 is perfection. Its my all time favorite Trek. I wish I could scrub my brain of all memory of binge watching it just so I could watch it back to back again. I saw chunks of it as a kid but binge watching it floored me. ๐
Well this comment section quickly became amazing OMG. haha
Lmao its so true!! Why is he still here? His underage ex wife Dark Phoenixed off into space. Nobody likes his food. What is the point??
Hahahahahaha I told Chris Neelix is a space cockroach.
I know that no other Trek after Voyager hits like the first 4 series (minus Lower Decks which i can tell from just a few episodes is genius) so I'm not sure how I feel venturing beyond Voyager.
When Enterprise dropped I gave it up after 2 episodes. You think we should binge watch the new stuff?
Right??? Neelix was fine and all. I mean he grows on you. But coming off DS9 where they made you love a Ferengi (and his family!) Neelix feels to me like pandering. I get tired of him. Brilliant actor. Semi useless character outside of sweet kitchen moments.
"Earthquakes and idiots. Florence be damned."
Still digging thru Voyager. Season 4 has reminded me why I loved it so much as a teen. Tuvok is the MVP. I never had a favorite as a kid. Loved them all equally except for Paris (cause ew) with Tuvok and the Dr being my top 2. Tuvok is too funny.

EQ is weirdly deeply embedded in my bones. Thank you for noticing.
Teela, Evil Lyn, Leetah, Cutter, Catwoman, Catwoman, Wonder Woman, and Power Girl: 9x12" in progress.
I got my start on gigs like that. One time I did 500 Marvel cards. Omg. Such a racket. ๐ญ the hard-core fans would get meeeaan.
Next phase will be finishing Sad Harley, then Sonja/HB, while doing 9x12" portrait tests. I've got about 11 going now. I'll start posting and selling them soon, for bills this month. Gonna be hustling until I'm not. So lots of chances to snag, incoming!
I'm thinking that since we are likely going to have to keep hustling month to month I might start doing the portraits smaller and cheaper. Still fun for me, more affordable for art collector fans. So hey, ya never know! :)
I used to do trading card size stuff a lot but it destroyed my wrist and elbow ๐ญ

I have a collection of EQ commissions on an old hard drive somewhere. I was obsessed from the age of 13. EQ made me feel like I was allowed to make comics. :) I wonder if anyone would buy them now?
I was a die hard Elfquest fan as a kid. I can still draw main cast from memory. ๐๐
