It's surprising what you can make from grass (a hint in one wartime cookbook I saw)
You've got internally displaced people already happening in the US. That's going to start causing resentment soon.
I mean we're completely fucked, on any and all levels. This is a, major reason why the right wing have gained ground in more recent years: instability is already here.
Half the women in that boardroom photo are wearing hats. Indoors. What is going on.
That's very true, the other slightly jarring not being 'because he could have made millions with In Utero' as if that is all you need to know about how good he was. For me, he did an amazing job on Polly Harvey's first album. I saw her around then and his style captured her intensity
This is going to sound a lot more combative than I mean it to be, but I am curious: Why is the character on the left no longer black, a la the photograph?
Hmm. Maybe here should be some thinking about revaccination across the board, at the very least as folk get to 60 and they're moving toward the 'more vulnerable' stage
USA people take note:
The savings limits on people who receive disability benefits are brutal, making it impossible to prepare for emergencies or replace basic necessities like phones or computers. Signing this to help get that fixed is simple and the right thing to do!
Didn't they announce they were going to start selling houses, once?
My daughter grew up with the books, she's 20 now. When she was 13, I think, I got her a charm bracelet to represent her 'right then'. One of the charms: the Deathly Hallows. It is sad (about JKR, not her bracelet!), so we try to remember: Dan Radcliffe & Emma Watson are good people.
This is the story with UK water companies, in particular, Thames Water. The re should be antigfraud legislation in place to stop this grand theft.
Of course, what will happen is the UK will have to renationalise the company, thus giving the ex-directors a lovely parting gift.
Stab stabby stab.
My first cat was male and lived until he was 21. He got cancer when he was about 17 and lost one of his back legs. He was happy hopping around for a good few years. He lived through flu when he was younger, too. Just see how it goes, he'll be ok. Love, snugs, safety - it's all good.
Ah but it's all a big bluff. Reeling us in with your, er, anti-semitic-pro-Jewry! If you're not getting it I can draw some very squiggly diagrams
Jesus! I feel like flight companies should tell you up front what sort of a plain you'd be going on, so you can just refuse if it's Boeing
I remember going to Reading museum on a school trip from Slough. The only thing I remember about the museum is an abundance of historical Huntley and Palmer biscuit tins. I think it is the only thing Reading has!
Dig around for a look at Rachel Wright's other stuff. She is amazing! All her work looks like it would settle very nicely as illustrations in an Alan Garner novel.

I got a bigger version of my Pashley for £300.it's a leetle bit too tall for me, I may reposition the saddle so I can sit comfortably and not end up on my coccyx, and see if I can raise the handlebars a couple of cm's BUT no knee pain. Gone. Immediately. This is the cheesiest shot I could take:
Day 1 of 50 ladybird larvae being sited around my cherry tree. There are ladybirds on it, but nowhere near enough, the poor thing gets lathered in blackfly on all the new leaves, they must be delicious. I have discovered that tiny wee ladybird larvae are very charming. Now: eat, my lovelies, eat!
Oh no, I don't. They're so unusual looking and their song is beautiful.
Have you got a post telling the whe story? It all sounds amazing and brilliant. I would be completely thrilled, your Mum must have been beyond astounded!
I mean I get excited because we now have a little colony of goldfinches that visit my garden!
That is interesting. Why did you ask them? I mean, what had made you concerned?
Is this parrot happy, or is it singing this song in a territorial way to say piss off to the other parrot in the mirror?
(From my position of ignorance, it is very delightful, and the bird seems to enjoy the whole thing) :

Ah, Mohammed Rasoulof, the Iranian director who was sentenced to eight years by the Iranian regime a couple of weeks ago - has escaped!
I am immediately drawn to think of the women and young girls for whom escape is too dangerous a thing to attempt. Sisters ✊

Exclusive: The director of The Seed of the Sacred Fig details how he discarded electronic devices and fled over the mountains on foot after authorities sentenced him to eight years in prison and flogg...
www.theguardian.comStrong Advice on that score: do something that makes you feel happy and proud -*as, well* as the thing you're doing to bring some dosh in. Eg: helping refugees with local integration, helping out at a food bank - learn and teach your kids that it's what you do with your *whole* life that's important
What they should teach about at school is how the prevailing gender 'ideology' leads to more violence and mental and physical health issues on a *global* basis than it is possible to quantify.
Did you see as well, new laws for those who perpetrated *0.6%* of road crashes last year?
So he said he'd much rather he left sex education to the professionals, at Pornhub.
Every time they sink lower, they love to show us they can hack away at the remains of any integrity they think they have, and dig that sink hole lower still.
Charles Darwin's family house has a very long tree lined footpath in the grounds, which he walked up and down as part of his daily routine
Now that is a tea/coffee spurt of a statement if I ever read one.
Tories in unbearable populist, kneejerky, gibberish activities, shock. Second beyond belief activity of the day:
(0.6% of road crashes involving death or serious injury in England & Wales last year were caused by cyclists. 0.6.)

Law change not ‘anti-cycling’ says Iain Duncan Smith, who brought the amendment to the criminal justice bill
www.theguardian.comThat is fantastic to hear :) Your kids have been lucky to get you too!
What the fuck even *is* "gender ideology" if it's not the bullshit that ruins children and adults' mental and physical health all over the world as we speak.
Jesus, if there was ever a time for more education, not less. More empowerment, more agency, more freedom - all from more education.
Every Wednesday, I'm stuck wondering what the hell I'm supposed to be doing when, because a case meeting starts at either 1pm or 2 (it changes!), and no one ever, ever calls to tell me what my rota is. The law requires it to be mid-meeting when I call up to find out, regardless of the time of day.
Get a huge peanut one with a squirrel cage. They can cling on to the outside whilst they hammer away at the peanuts
I grin with happiness when I can hear the woodpecker going for our peanuts. It makes a loud "Chupp!" noise in between gulps, as if to say "Stay the fuck away from me, these are MINE!". It clings to the outside of the huge feeder cage, with its dinosaur toes, hammering away at the nuts. Love it.
Are you in the UK? Try the stuff that is in bigger branches of Sainsbury's. It's all veg, no fish sauce, which changes the taste considerably (more palatable to people not brought up with it, maybe?), and it's not super hot. It's expensive but saves the hassle time of making it.
The banning of 'teaching' Gender Ideology is so close to Clause 28 (see UK right wing anti-humanist legislation started within living memory) I hope we can all get together and march down Park Lane *together* to show that the vast majority of people clearly understand that Education is Freedom.
(I have never understood what the definition of "gender ideology" actually is. A gender ideology is surely what we live with every day? That has screwed up the mental health of every fucking human alive, certainly through childhood, until (if they ever) they are able to break the chains?)
How is a teacher in the UK supposed to navigate supporting a child *of any school age* coming to terms with not conforming to traditional views of sexuality and/or gender, if they are not able to mention the existence of trans conceptually? How is it rational to leave that education to the 'net?
The NHS write that girls may start their periods at age 8. Are teachers in the UK not allowed to explain what's going on, when parents may not have realised or may not want to explain changes? Is the govt insane?
