Hah - an all-company photo from our last staff conference is used on a trade announcement. For some reason I'm right up front with senior staff as though I'm not just the random weirdo who occasionally wanders into the office, confusing all new staff as I find a desk.

Staff that take pride in their work, not are incentivized to care about safety. Staff who tie their long term finances with the company. Staff who share a mission. Not fucking bonuses for bolts being in the right hole. This is all the worst of American GE nonsense continuing being the worst.
