The AFU have (likely) lost their second THeMIS UGV, as Russian soldiers have captured this UGV somewhere on the front line and are therefore likely to collect the Russian bounty of two million roubles.

IIRC Ukraine got 15 of these Estonian-made UGVs, one got crowdfunded, while another 14 were financed by Germany in two different variants.

7 for CASEVAC and 7 as route clearance configuration (ROCUS), with payloads from the French defense manufacturer CNIM Systèmes Industriels. The now caputured THeMIS is for CASEVAC, but without the stretcher, it's basically just a cargo variant which gets used to transport equipment to soldiers.

“Likely lost their second THeMIS UGV” means that they already lost another THeMIS UGV two months ago in a very similar location, but I think the trees in the image of the captured THeMIS are much thicker than the ones shown at the location of the first loss, so I don't think it's the same UGV.

The company says that the Ukrainian forces are taking full advantage of their THeMIS UGVs.
Besides their intended roles like demining and CASEVAC, the THeMIS UGVs have also been used by Ukrainian engineers to carry anti-tank mines to accelerate mining operations.

Situation around Orlivka-Tonen'ke near Avdiivka as of 28/02. With footage of Russian soldiers geolocated just east of Orlivka and images from inside Orlivka indicating Russian presence, the settlement is high likely lost. Tonen'ke rumored to be abandoned by the AFU.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine lost their first RQ-35 Heidrun UAV. The Russian army downed it for the first time, somewhere at the frontline.
Germany has delivered 100 of them to Ukraine in the recent months, while 25 were also delivered by Denmark. Ukraine also crowdfunded a couple.

There are now two new “capability coalitions” for Ukraine, focussing on armour and drones. Both are being led by Germany together with Latvia. This was announced by the US Department of Defense.

This is the day Ukraine lost the war.
Today Ukraine is equal to Russia in the level of absurdity and inhumanity of laws. And the two revolutions of 2004 and 2013-14 were just for the sake of Ukraine not to repeat the Russian path of degradation, now forgotten.
For the second time in two months, Ukrainian army helicopters landed near the front line in eastern Ukraine to refuel and rearm—and were spotted by a Russian drone winging overhead. Soon, a Russian rocket streaked down.

A significant change in Russian Artillery:
Russia is visually confirmed to have lost 17 pieces of tube artillery in December, 15 SPGs, & 2 towed guns. The real number is likely to be higher, but artillery is behind the front line so a bit less likely to be photographed

“The operators of the UGVs noted that during the muddy season, the THeMIS can act as a re-supply vehicle instead of heavy trucks that tend to get stuck. Also, the small size and low height of the UGV makes its discovery by the enemy difficult and that has increased its survivability”

The Patriot deliveries are likely responsible for the largest share of the costs relating to the replacement of the material. Germany has supplied Ukraine with two Patriot air defence systems, two additional launchers and 220 missiles from Bundeswehr stocks.
