Ug. SO much new music to put on my phone. Do any of you still do that? Or are all just a bunch of streaming simps??? (Looking for a fight, obvs.)
Big, big rock and roll from Whores. (Did I already post this one?) Anyway, new anthem:

(Also lots of excellent song titles.)
Kite continues to surprise me with their excellent, weird, upbeat, very sad songs. And the production only gets more masterful. Kinda exciting.

duskrecords.bandcamp.com“Rising of the Lights” sounds like an X~Files episode. “Made Away with Themselves” is a great Brontë death.
Really interested in the structure/concept for this one. Looking forward to it.

One of the wildest covers I can think of is by Polysics. It's a SPITZ song done in the style of King Crimson's "21st Century Schizoid Man." I would love to know why/how they did this. It's bananas, & one of my favorite Polysics songs in general. (You can ignore the video.)

I had a weird bug make its way into my ear once and it made a screaming sound and no I don’t think about that ever or all the time why do you ask?

I’ll do the equivalent of walking up to the biggest guy in jail and punching him in the face by saying that I think the new seasons (11-13) have some of the best stuff in the entire series. Riffs, sketches, songs, all of it! Yeah! I said it!
Hey, the ending was perfect so why NOT ruin it with hastily tacked on new game + tat.

thequietus.comThis book changed my life. At least as much as it can be “changed” at 7 or 8 years old. I tracked down an original edition (at least an early one) and it’s a prized possession in the library. Thank you!
I woke up like this.
On the one hand, I’m super frustrated that I have to wait until next year to play this. On the other, it’s fun to see early access players suffer. I mean make the game better by giving valuable feedback to the devs. Yeah. That’s the one.
The only tricky thing might be needing very high quality images. 72 dpi RBG downloads won’t cut it, but I think a lot (if not all?) of your collection is physical pieces, right?
Might want to consider university presses. We (a small deli/restaurant with, admittedly, 25 years of community good will) sent our cookbook proposal to the U of MN Press and they said yes immediately and all we sent them was an email. Your work has a lot of historical merit!
