It’s rare but does happen. I worked at a Mexican restaurant chain once where this was the case. You basically had your float on you, in a bum-bag and the manager would tell you what you owed at the end of the night. Anything left over was your tips. But if you had a walkout, you paid for it

I think when people hear you’re struggling with depression, and they respond that you need to ’do something’ about it, what they mean is they believe you have it in you to get through this. They just suck at expressing their own feelings.
