2 ~10-11min tracks, very #ambient #music with influences of #環境音楽 originally created for an installation. Intended to blur with the background, occasionally inviting back to listening: ivorybunkerrecordings.bandcamp.com/album/regenc...

Nabbed me one of these!
🤘🙏 Hope you enjoy!
It's music for an installation Sylvian and Mills created. The music is ambient, drone like.
It is also to be found on the album 'Approaching Silence', together with the music for another installation created with Fripp. I'd recommend that album of you fancy owning this kind of stuff.
🙃🎼🎹
listening to upbeat music these days feels no good; i have resigned to ambient tracks and iphone's background sounds
Lovely stuff here from @tomorohhidari.bsky.social to drift off to.

I'm very proud to present my first #space #ambient #music album I made on purpose as "NGC 224".
I hope you enjoy it!

Because I enjoy large artistic inserts and foldouts.
Because there is an intentionality to listening to an album on an analog medium that doesn’t allow for immediate skipping between tracks.
Because listening to a vinyl album means i am engaged with the music for ~15 minute at a time.
I don't understand why people who aren't DJs or vintage audiophiles collect vinyl. I'm old enough to remember everyone having a record player and all the universal problems with the format. I'd understand it better if people who want physical media bought CDs instead.
Listening to #ambient music this morning - recommend me your favorite albums and tracks! 🎧
I'm listening to ambient music and looking at these and am completely full to the brim with chill.
I'm listening to like the sound of a spaceship with ambient music and some rain sounds
My two most recent spoken word with ambient music tracks:

Two years ago Móatún 7 released an ambient album that was created by FOUR bass players, including yours truly. It’s an album I’m incredibly proud of.
A huge thank you to Gert de Meester of Distant Fires Burning for inviting me for this project and for creating the amazing mixes on this album.

Because ADHD, I HAVE to have music playing in the background, preferably of my choosing, to drown out the noise in my brain.
And I often default to instrumental, often "ambient" or atonal music.
Which leads me to often forget the incredible healing power of singing along with an album you know well
It’s an art installation called The Spire of Hope because the cathedral hasn’t been built with a spire originally for some reason
We need to normalize the public shaming of influences and step one is recognizing these background people with stank faces as heroes.
i cannot fucking stand how it is suddenly socially acceptable to film yourself doing stupid shit in public and then drag anyone in the background who has even the slightest negative reaction or facial expression
Getting back into listening to music outside of ambient and drone while reading. January was a good month for it. Feel like I'm betraying my Dio hating dad with that Rainbow album
person in the unit below me listening to soothing ambient with the volume cranked — i hope you find peace
I'm at "leave one piece of background ambient music on so I don't have to even consider what I'm listening to" levels of crunch right now.
