You have a lot of nerve using the words accepting and progressive. You are neither.
My ridiculous way of prepping for a trip: using up the leftover veggies in my fridge to make a frittata
are you using the same yeast and flour? Maybe something's gone off. I was having terrible luck and I then I got new yeast and flour and suddenly got my mojo back.
🔥Why the thunderfuck would any news source or opinion jockey in 2024 be "stunned", "amazed" or otherwise pants-pissed by anything Trump or his minions in Congress, in the SCOTUS, or in state government does or says? Yet they keep using such smarmy adjectival click bait on y'all. Don't. Just don't.
What are you using OS-wise for everything with a system that big? unRAID, TrueNAS?
🔮you try to leave things better than you found them hey?
Really?
You are using a monstrous tool that harms every author, every creative out there. You are contributing to the death of an industry all to avoid doing your own work.
How is that better than you found it?
A trick that I was told about here was kids putting nails on the railroad tracks and using the flattened ends as arrow heads for homemade bows and arrows.
@baatl.bsky.social hi, i was curious if you could remove a "bad-alt-text" label from a profile--i've always been serious about using alt text (minus a couple of times early on when i accidentally hit cancel instead of okay haha) and i have it set to not even allow me to post without it!
I'm just using Google Lens to identify my flowers so that I can label the photos properly so if I'm ever off on the specific names let's just blame it on Google

Just like with the already present user generated block lists in bsky you can subscribe to, in my eyes. And maybe like them it's also helpful for some ppl not getting harassed by offenders, or whatever. It's not like that the foreign services would block for anyone, but only for if using explicitly.
Some things I sorely miss from my trip to Japan.
First, the train system.
You can get damn near anywhere in Japan using trains. Get an IC card and you can tap on/tap off trains nationwide. Japan is roughly the size of California. Could you imagine California with a train system this elaborate!
Doesn’t even have to be a whole bunch of them. Can only be as few as 50 on a big campus! But they are capable just as much as the next group of using social media to quickly rile up & mobilize outside supporters and ppl should really stop & think if that’s what we want college campuses to become.
Being that there were no actual instruments harmed in an ad made using CGI; To do justice to how many people contributed to the amount of work that goes into making each iPad, maybe it was meant to be understood by looking backwards in time.

Hollywood names have criticized Apple’s new iPad Pro ad, as it depicts the crushing of musical instruments, paints, camera lenses,...
9to5mac.comDon’t know if your local teams do this, but I love the Cavs & Guardians using the players to model fan gear.
well it's sensible in that it's sensible for an entity to defend its resources, but yeah, using normalization (constant bombardment of propagandistic values) and then wisdom of discomfort to silence dissent it a major issue to be combatted whereever, to ensure harm can actually be held to account
“Using measurement overlap to find significant and results”.
Maybe I’m misunderstanding what that means, but that sounds like a crossover design where you increase power through covariance between treatment and control. This is a good thing when you can do it!
Using this tool it is possible to scan TURN server for misconfiguration, which could allow access to the internal network🕵️♂️

Why should they support him if he refuses to do this?

Will read this, thanks, but are you(/they) using ‘exercise’ as synonymous with (in the “gym” sense) ‘cardio’ here? Like lifting is, also, exercise right(?)
Finished traditional painting for a friend, she generously gifted me a sewing machine last year. I did not get around to using it yet (partly because I can’t find fabrics) as a thank you I painted a noodle, using her fave plant, the Thai monstera, as inspiration 🐉💚

I only discovered yesterday that Oricutron (the Oric emulator I'm using) had support for running debugger commands at startup time, including the possibility to set breakpoints 🤦
Anyway, that's now integrated in the project, I can set persistant breakpoints directly in the IDE⤵️
"He added that the network in Texas appears to be the only one using the wastewater sequencing technology, but that H5N1 is probably present in wastewater in other areas."
OK but I live in Canada, and we measure distances using time, so "it's an hour further down the road to Winnipeg" is technically correct.
Not me using directions on my eyebrows for Diluc tomorrow because I don't have red make up xD

Exactly. One of the things about contracts is that they’re only as binding as the other side is willing to make them by using the coercive power of the state or as you make them yourself by restricting your own actions.
ok so you need to make requests to your PDS as normal. but when using the bsky.chat lexicons you need to add this proxy header:

Also this book is using the word fiber bundle to refer to specifically bundles that have a structure group associated which is fucking with my brain a bit because I thought that a fiber bundle was just any locally trivial projection but they just call that a bundle
Conveyancing really needs a kick up the arse for 2024. It's unbelievably slow and solicitors seem to be incapable.of using initiative or chasing anything up without client pushing. We've sold two parental houses in the last three years and I am not planning on buying or selling a house ever again!!
In the day and age of corporations disposing of digital media like garbage in pursuit of making a line go up, possession is ownership and we owe it to people who come after us to preserve what would otherwise be lost and normalize using unofficial methods to enjoy art that corporations would deny us

Exactly. My (least) favorite trick I’ve run into is using a staffing agency as a go between but not actually calling it that so you technically “work” for them. That weird liminal space if perfect for abuse.
I’ve been using MCDM’s “Flee, Mortals!” For encounters, and I’ve been loving it.
Some Trick Shots protected by a few Tiefling Bravos (hobgoblin trooper stats) was a real challenge for that mostly melee D&D party 😈

I kaspa't believe what happened when I logged into my Kaspium wallet on iOS using my 12-word phrase. Suddenly, I saw an absurd amount of money appearing in my wallet, increasing every second—like magic kaspa! I'm wondering if I might have kaspa'd a word while entering the phrase. I even tried sending 10 Kaspa to my main account, but it just keeps throwing an error. I'm feeling quite kaspa-rized by this whole situation. Has anyone else encountered a glitch like this, or am I the only one in kaspa-nation? Any advice would be much appreciated! P.S. If you want to

Visiting some friends, was in an Oslo neighbourhood recently where almost every single house has a trampoline in the front yard.
The neighbours had a go at their kids bc they were hopping into the yard and using their trampoline, so our friends are ordering their own trampoline
